The great American short story writer O. Henry is best known for his story The Gift of the Magi. It is the ironic tale of two lovers sacrificing their most beloved possessions in order to provide a Christmas gift for one another. We will consider the significance of the precious Christmas gifts of those men from the east lo those many years ago. These gifts are hugely meaningful for those of us who would likewise bow before the newborn king Jesus.
